after their successful debut "hoping for dusk" and an extensive tour through england, belgium and switzerland, predominant lunatics strike back with "thirteen lost souls" (release in march 2007). the band recorded 13 songs at the tavern studios in adelboden (ch), which appear more aggressive, more intense, more direct, louder and even more uncompromising than their forerunners. 13 - probably the most mysterious number in western culture - odd, undivisible, sometimes frightening, but always emotionally charged. the enigma of the 13 reflects in the mood of the songs: a bit gloomy, then popier again, sometimes enraged, to finally come back to softer tones, conveyed by poignant lyrics and symbols.
