The Difference is a 5 piece metal band hailing from the "Meetjesland" area in Belgium (Flanders). The band`s musical style is a unique blend of progressive and melodic metal with passionate and powerful vocals. It`s really hard to define the music of The Difference but we like to call it "Different Metal".

We finished our newest album “When light uncovers grey” in which we have experimented in different ways. In order for you to hear the quality of the music, you can download a song for free on our homepage. This track “Time” from our 4th demo has been recorded for the second time and is not on the “When light uncovers grey” album.
