Ursprünglich war die Band \\\"Circle Of Silence\\\" nur ein Hirngespinnst von Tobias (lg.) und Björn (b.). Man schrieb ein paar 1 - 2 Minütige Samples und begann diese von Ende 2004 bis Anfang / Mitte 2005 aufzunehmen. Schnell wurde den beiden klar, dass sowas ziemlich Spass macht und da war der Ehrgeiz geweckt sein eigenes \\\"Band-Ding\\\" am Start zu haben. Der erste Anlauf zu einem fertigen Lied war allerdings nicht gerade leicht.

Im Spätsommer 2005 war es aber soweit, das \\\"Projekt-COS\\\" hatte sein 1. eigenes Lied im Kasten. Da man allerdings zu 2. keinen Blumentopf gewinnen kann, begab man sich auf die Suche nach geeigneten Mitstreitern. Man muss hier allerdings dazu sagen, das die Suche nicht gerade offensiv durchgeführt wurde. So war es dann auch mehr Zufall als Absicht, dass man im Oktober 2005 beim 5. Metal-Inside Festival in Bonfeld auf Nick (v.) traf. Das Festival schien ein guter Ort für die 2 Jungs von \\\"COS\\\" zu sein, denn auch Chris (rg.) wurde auf diesem Festival gefunden. Da Nick zuerst als Drummer vorgesehen war, glaubte man für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde nun komplett zu sein, allerdings liegen die Stärken von Nick im Gesang und so löste er Tobias am Mikro ab und wurde nach einiger Zeit Sänger von \\\"COS\\\". Gegen Anfang 2006 ist man damit beschäftigt den ersten Longplayer fertig zu stellen. Da schon 8 der angepeilten 10- 12 Lieder fast zu 100% im Kasten sind wird es hoffentlich auch nicht mehr so lange dauern. :-)

Ende März 2006 ging nun auch die offizielle Website von \\\"Circle Of Silence\\\" online. Die Drummersuche wurde kurz nach dem Release der Website allerdings wieder eingestellt, da sich überraschend Pit (Ex-Scavenger) gemeldet hat und interesse am Drummerposten bekundete. Die Tatsache, dass Nick mit Pit schon bei Scavenger zusammen spielte, machte die Sache natürlich etwas einfacher. Nach einer Kostprobe seines Könnens in Nick\\`s Keller war für alle sofort klar: WIR SIND KOMPLETT!!!
Da sich der Keyboardanteil in den Songs lediglich auf einzelne Teile beschränkt oder eben gar nicht vorhanden ist, entschloß man sich vorerst nach keinem Tastenmann Ausschau zu halten.
Somit darf hier an dieser Stelle das erste offizielle Lineup von \\\"Circle Of Silence\\\" bekannt gegeben werden:

The Band \\\"Circle Of Silence\\\" was originally an idea of Tobias (lg.) and Björn (b.). Some samples of 1-2 minutes were written and recorded from the end of 2004 till the middle of 2005. Quick it became clear to the both that is great fun to write music and so the ambitions were woken up. But the first attempt to write an full song was not as easy as they had thought.

In the late summer 2005 it was done, the first full song was written and recorded for the \\\"Project-COS\\\". But just 2 members cannot gain anything, so they watched out for some combatants. One must say here, the search for the other musicians was not done offensively. So it was more luck than purpose that in october 2005 on the 5. Metal-Inside Festival the two Circle-guys had met Nick (v.). Chris (rg.) was also found on the Festival, so you can say that this Festival was a lucky place for the future of \\\"Circle Of Silence\\\". For a millisecond it has seemed so that the circle would be complete because Nick was at first under discussion as the drummer. But soon they realized that the right place for Nick was not the drummer-job but the job behind the mircrophone. The vocalist-job switched thus from Tobias to Nick. At the beginning of 2006 the circle has been busy to finish the first longplayer. 8 of the planned 10-12 songs were written and almost completeley recorded, so that the end of the recording process should be reached soon. :-)

At the end of march 2006 the official website of \\\"Circle Of Silence\\\" went on-line. The drummer-search ended short after the release of the flyers because Pit (Ex-Scavenger) contacted us very suprising and has showen his interest on the drummer-job. After a demonstration of his abilities it came clear to all of us. WE ARE COMPLETE!!! Cause the Keyboard-parts in the songs are so minor or simple not available they decided that a keyboarder was not needed. Therefore may at this point the first official lineup of \\\"Circle Of Silence\\\" can be announced:
